CI/CD modernization and zero-downtime releases on Azure

Problem
Releases for a production media-analytics platform used by enterprise clients were slow and leaned on manual steps.
Approach
Rebuilt the build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, defined infrastructure as code with Bicep and ARM, and moved deployments to App Service slot swaps.
Outcome
Deployment cycles 30% faster, with zero-downtime blue-green releases as the default.

Case study · Autotrac · 2012–2019

An Enterprise Service Bus for national fleet-tracking operations

Problem
Brazil's satellite fleet-tracking leader needed one way for its internal systems to integrate and exchange messages.
Approach
Designed and built an ESB in C#, WCF and Windows Services: standard messaging contracts, SOAP and REST interfaces, multi-threaded high-throughput processing.
Outcome
One integration backbone across departments, alongside 20+ microservices and internal tools I built and maintained.
